Cinnamon Apple Pork Chops

I've been in a rut lately when it comes to making dinner. I pulled out my recipe book and started going through some recipes that I haven't made in a long time. I found this recipe for cinnamon apple pork chops, which the kids loved. I added broccoli, mac and cheese, and my coleslaw.

You will need:

  • 3 teaspoons canola oil

Directions:
1. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet.
2. Add apple slices to skillet and saute until tender.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over apples. Remove from heat and keep warm.
