Haunted Parfaits

Halloween is one of those holidays where it is super easy to make regular desserts into a holiday themed dessert. For example, Haunted Parfaits! All it takes is some crushed chocolate cookies for "dirt" and Cool-Whip for ghosts! These cute little parfaits are super easy. The recipe makes 15 servings and takes about 10 minutes to make.

For these spooky treats, you will need:
  • 2 packages (4 serving size) Instant Chocolate Pudding mix
  • 20 crushed Oreo cookies
  • Chocolate chips
  • (1) 8oz container Cool-Whip
  • 3  1/4 cups milk
  • 15 clear cups

Directions:
1. Make the chocolate pudding using the milk and pudding mixes.
2. Stir in half of the Cool-Whip and half of the crushed cookies.
3. Place a spoonful of crushed cookies in each cup.
4. Next, add an even layer of pudding mixture.
5. On top of the pudding layer, add another even layer of crushed cookies.
6. To create the ghosts, drop spoonfuls of Cool-Whip to make a ghost shape. (You could probably use Reddi-Whip too.)
7. Finally, add two chocolate chips for eyes!
Enjoy!
