Broccoli Salad

This is a super easy to make broccoli salad that has always been a hit when I make it. If you're going to a 4th of July party, this would be an easy dish to bring!

BROCCOLI SALAD

Time: About 2 1/2 hours (from cooking bacon to refrigerating)
Serves: (12) 1/2 cup servings

You will need:
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup mayo
6 cups broccoli, cut into bite size/small pieces (1-2 heads of broccoli)
1 small red onion, chopped
7 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
  1. Put broccoli in a mixing bowl
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  4. Enjoy!

OPTIONS: Occasionally, I'll add about 8 oz. shredded or cubed sharp Cheddar Cheese.
