Easy St. Patrick's Day Craft (and Decoration)

We were stuck inside for awhile fighting a bug that was going around. I was trying to come up new ideas for St. Patrick's Day and came up with a paper circle rainbow!

For this super easy craft you will need:
  • Construction paper (rainbow colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet)
  • Scissors or paper cutter
  • Glue stick
Directions:
1. Cut strips out of the construction paper. You want them to be the same size.
2. Glue ends of paper together to form a circle. I glued about half the strips of paper together. I then looped another strip through the middle of two circles and glued the ends together.
3. Make a strand of circles for each color.
4. Glue the colored strands together. (Don't forget ROY G. BIV! Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet)
5. Have fun with the shape of the rainbow! It could be abstract (like mine turned out to be), a line, or a traditional arch.
