Welcome! I am a mom to two wonderful kids, a lovely retired greyhound, and a wife to a great husband. Needless to say, there are a lot of daily messes to clean up around our house. Daily Messes is my blog to share ideas on things to do with your kids, snack and meal ideas, crafts, and holiday fun. I hope you find something to enjoy!

Handy Flowers

These are a super easy craft. They would be great as a card to Grandma, as a Thank You card, or an invitation to a tea party! If you do one every year, you can show your kids how much they grown in just 1 year!

You will need:
  • Cardstock or other thick paper
  • Craft paint
  • A foam paint brush
Directions:
  1. Lightly coat the child's hand with the craft paint.
  2. Press onto the paper, towards the top so you have room for the stem and leaves.
  3. Paint on a stem and leaves.
